Bachelor of Arts in Education (Theopaidia Track)
Teaching as Formation. Learning as Worship.
Theopaidia: God-Centered Formation
Aletheia’s Education degree trains Christian educators to see teaching not as management, but as mentorship and ministry. Through the Shepherd’s Gate Campus (VA), students study online within a deeply relational community of Academic Pastors who model the Theopaidia way—education as sanctification, rooted in Scripture and practiced in love.
Theopaidia means the formation of the child in God. It is the heartbeat of Aletheia’s educational philosophy: truth begins with God, flows through the family and church, and shapes every subject as an act of worship. Students in this track learn to teach with theological clarity, intellectual depth, and pastoral care—integrating biblical anthropology, the trivium of knowledge–understanding–wisdom, and multi-age mentoring as the foundation for every classroom.
