Aletheia Christian College

Our Faculty

A Fellowship of Teacher-Scholars

Teaching as Shepherding

Aletheia’s faculty form a unified teaching fellowship across campuses and continents, offering instruction fully online through the Theopaidia model. They teach not only for mastery of subject matter, but for the sanctification of mind and spirit—guiding students toward truth that renews thought and transforms life. Each professor joins in Aletheia’s mission to restore Christian education as discipleship, where the teacher is a shepherd and learning is an act of worship.

“The highest form of teaching is imitation—the imitation of Christ.”

Aletheia’s educators embody the calling of the teacher as shepherd—those who lead learners to still waters and teach them to discern truth through Scripture, study, and service. Their instruction is guided by the biblical progression of knowledge → understanding → wisdom, forming students who think clearly, live faithfully, and serve humbly. Whether lecturing on theology, literature, business, or science, our faculty teach as whole persons, integrating intellect, virtue, and faith.

Though geographically dispersed, Aletheia’s faculty teach as one body—sharing syllabi, rhythms, and retreats within the same 10-4-1 formation cycle. They meet regularly for prayer, discussion, and curriculum integration, ensuring that every course reflects Aletheia’s vision of education as sanctification.

Join the Work of Restoration
