The 10-4-1 Rhythm — A Pattern of Learning and Life
Aletheia’s academic calendar follows a distinctive 10-4-1 rhythm, reflecting our conviction that education is sanctification—learning that transforms the whole person.
- 10 Weeks — Instruction: concentrated study guided by Academic Pastors.
 - 4 Weeks — Practicum: field placement, mission, or service learning where truth is applied.
 - 1 Week — Retreat: a time of fellowship, worship, and reflection as learning becomes wisdom.

This rhythm unites all programs under a biblical pattern of work and rest, knowledge and love, study and service.
From Classroom to Kingdom
Graduates of Aletheia serve as teachers, pastors, and innovators across the world—restoring education as discipleship. Through our expanding campuses in Idaho and Virginia, the 10-4-1 rhythm continues to form leaders who bring truth to every culture and generation.
